Journalling is a journey of it's own and can be benefitting anyone and everyone. We all can be lazy and hate to pour down, but it is one such habit to create so that when we are at the lowest of our lives, our mind and body naturally goes to emptying process and creating clarity and space. This increases our mental and emotional resilience.
